Head Chef Glen Foxcroft Williams and his team initially set the restaurant up to offer tapas-style dishes, however, it turned out many guests were not willing to share their tapas, and understandably so! Thus, Foxcroft changed it up, positioning itself as more of a Neo Bistro where the team has the freedom to serve accessible and creative dishes, using the best produce available!
Be prepared to have your taste buds rocked in every dish this place has to offer! The floor staff receives regular tastings in order to ensure that they can take you on a culinary rollercoaster that will leave you wanting more every time!
And as if it couldn’t get any better the front of house team also go on regular day trips to wine estates and distilleries in the Cape in order to broaden their knowledge and bring you a wonderful Wine’o’clock!
