Considered London’s most glamorous Moroccan restaurant, this place oozes character!
From its mish-mash of Moroccan rugs and fabrics, brass lanterns, and high-arched windows, Momo is inspired by the city of Marrakech, bringing the full North African experience to London with a Mediterranean twist.
The place is split into four different spaces: the restaurant, café, terrace and basement bar. So you can fill your bellies on authentic couscous and tagine, before drinking the night away in the lively Kemia bar that’s been known to host some of the biggest celebrity names. Or, if you’re after a more chilled vibe, check out their terrace and relax in a cozy pouf with a traditional Moroccan shisha and watch the world go by.
If you’re after a good afternoon stop, make sure you check out their famous afternoon tea with a hot pot of Moroccan mint (poured theatrically from a great height). Or try their incredible brunch menu, served from 11am-3pm on the weekends.
If you want to take a taste of Morocco back with you, everything you see in the MoCafé is for sale. Just ask at the bar!
This really is a great spot, famed for its authenticity and blend of styles. So if you fancy a touch of North Africa meets European in your life, Momo is the place for you.
