This former bank-turned luxurious hotel is home to a number of bars and restaurants, some of which are members exclusives (good luck getting in!)
But what’s open to the public at the Ned is well worth a visit!
The interior design is breathtaking; with art deco marble columns and low lighting, the Lobby feels very Gringotts-esque – it was once a bank, after all. Always packed, bustling and noisy, this is a top spot for a classy and glamorous evening, with a great buzz from the moment you walk through the doors. An extensive range of creatively flourished cocktails is available – great to sip on while enjoying the surroundings and live jazz musicians. The food menu may not be as long, but they favour quality over quantity, and the menu certainly offers that.
The Ned can be found right next door to Bank underground station, so don’t expect to fall into the next bar when you leave. However, it’s central location makes it a pretty accessible spot no matter where you find yourself in London, so could be a good spot for a beginning-of-the-night cocktail or two.
As The Ned is an established hotel, rooms are available for the night, but these are expensive and usually fill up, so advanced booking would be required if you wish to stay. You make make a reservation on their website here.
