Keta Private Nature Reserve, South Africa

Private Nature Reserve situated in Beautiful Limpopo Province

The Keta Private Nature Reserve is a place of exceptional beauty and serenity in south africa’s limpopo region.

A private nature reserve situated on the edge of the Waterberg, around 80km South of the Botswana Border. It consists of roughly 5000 hectares of historic land that has been recultivated and grown into a land full of wildlife, rivers, dams and breathtaking mountains!

The reserve offers all the African wildlife there is to see except for Lion and Rhinoceros. And although these are what attract many tourists to Nature Reserves, the exclusion of these is actually what allows this place to be so special.

The reserve can now boast sightings of leopard, civet, serval, brown hyena and cape wild dog to mention but a few. Klipspringer, mountain and southern reedbuck and sharps grysbok are some of the rare smaller mammals that are now regular sightings.

Keta also breeds a large herd of cape buffalo that are flourishing in the wide diversity of Waterberg fauna and flora, as well as zebra, giraffe, eland, sable and more. Raptors and birds found on Keta include resident black eagles, fish eagles, African hawk eagles and more.

Hop in the car with your loved one(s) and personal game ranger and be treated to an authentic and flexible wildlife experience. The landscapes are truly breathtaking and the amount of wildlife on offer is in no short supply! Enjoy world-class food, mountaintop dinners, fishing, clay pigeon shooting, spectacular sunsets and the serenity that is the African bush!

And let’s not forget the beautifully designed camps where you have your own private chalet nestled in the bush!

We hope you enjoy what this special place has to offer!
